1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jl82 platform at jl82.vu — whether through a web browser, the jl82 Android app, or any other access method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and any person who browses the platform without registering. jl82 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use jl82, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.

jl82 may require you to verify your identity and age before activating your account or processing a withdrawal. This KYC (Know Your Customer) process is a standard security requirement and is not negotiable. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

Each person may hold only one account. If jl82 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and the matter will be reviewed. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jl82 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were personally responsible for that activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jl82 support immediately at [email protected]. jl82 will investigate the matter but cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred because you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. Providing false information during registration or KYC verification is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

jl82 uses OTP (one-time password) verification as an additional security layer for account login and sensitive actions such as withdrawals. You must have access to the mobile number or email address registered to your account to complete OTP verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl82 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, mobile banking apps, and bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

Deposits are credited to your account balance following confirmation from the payment provider. jl82 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet service providers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account.
• jl82 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

jl82 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your bank or e-wallet provider for any applicable fees before initiating a transaction.

Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed. If you make an incorrect deposit, contact support as soon as possible. jl82 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee a refund of funds already processed.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

Bets placed on jl82 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform. Before confirming any bet, review your selection, stake amount, and potential payout carefully.

jl82 offers sports betting markets across basketball (PBA and NBA), football, esports, boxing, volleyball, tennis, and other events. Live in-play betting markets are available for selected events. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being offered, jl82 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies whether the error was on jl82's platform or from a data provider. jl82 will notify affected players when voided bets occur.

For casino games and slots, the rules of each individual game apply in addition to these platform terms. Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live titles. Live casino outcomes are determined by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each live table.

Attempting to abuse bonuses — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using bonuses in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is a breach of these terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl82 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of funds:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl82 shall not be liable for:

11 Account Suspension and Termination

On termination for cause, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player following verification, unless they are subject to an active investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. On account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Remaining balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after standard verification.

12 Changes to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
